Akshay Kumar’s Main Khiladi song has everyone hooked. From celebrities including Ram Charan and Salman Khan to fans, people are finding it hard to say no to this electrifying number. Well, it seems Akshay agrees with us here. In a video shared on Instagram, Akshay joins a group of performers on stage as Main Khiladi plays in the background. The actor has shared a video from his upcoming film Selfiee’s second trailer launch event, which took place at a university in Mumbai. The clip opens with Akshay and Emraan Hashmi greeting their fans. Akshay then asks one of them to come on stage and launch the trailer. Now, let us focus on the dance performance. We can see Akshay and Emraan grooving to the beats as they sit in the audience. A few frames later, Akshay gets up from his seat and joins the group of students on stage. Oh boy. They have nailed the hook step and how.  Along with the video, Akshay wrote, “Thank you @nmims.mumbai students! You guys made Selfiee Trailer 2 Launch a memorable event. Main Khiladi has been recreated in Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi’s Selfiee. The original track, which is from the 1994 film Main Khiladi Tu Anari, featured Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan.

Selfiee, directed by Raj Mehta, is based on the 2019 Malayalam film Driving Licence. The film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Diana Penty and  Nushrratt Bharuccha. Now, take a look at the second trailer released by the makers:

Apart from Selfiee, Akshay Kumar has Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alongside Tiger Shroff. The shooting started last month. The film is a remake of the hit 1998 film of the same name directed by David Dhawan. Announcing his association with Tiger Shroff on Instagram, Akshay wrote, “A film I’ve been most eager to start Bade Miyan Chote Miyan! Adding to the adrenaline rush is my Chote Tiger Shroff. Hey Chote, you better remember during the shoot that you were born the year I started my career.”
